Hi,
Wanted to confirm my understanding of spouse visa.
1. If the spouse is from non-EU and has a naturalisation certifcate (but no passport) then the naturalisation certificate is sufficient to apply for spouse visa
2. If language requirement via education are no longer valid on pbs calculator, trinity college GESE level/grade 2 exam is sufficient for spouse visa.
Can someone please confirm if the above understanding is correct.
