Hi,

Sorry in advance if this question was answered in past. I tried to search but could not found.

My Question are

1. Can I ask my line manager as a "professional standing referee" for my naturalization application?
May manager title is "Technology Manager" and we are working in TalkTalk PLC.

If yes
2. Do I have to prove that my company is VAT registered is so how?
3. Do I have to attached my manager's company card or something like that to prove he is manager?

I have a seen a list of accepted professional persons and found that "Director/Manager/Personnel Officer of a VAT registered Company" can be a referee.

Thanks,

Yes he can be your referee.

You do not need anything to prove that he is a manager. This country is full of managers and less doers and so they do not doubt a manager!!

Just make sure the word "manager" is some where in his designation that he writes in the form !!

PS: My line managers did mine and I have got my naturalisation ceritificate. The questions you asked never came to my mind but here is someone who done what you are planning to do and has been successful!!
