Hi There,

I have got one question in regards to understand if my Son is qualified to register as a British Citizen ?

I have got ILR on 21 May 2013 - Almost 10 days before.

Can i now apply for my Son's Naturalization (British Citizenship Certificate) who was born in UK was my dependent on Tier 1 General.

Please advise as his visa is running out in 10 days so i need to understand if i can apply or do i need to have my ILR for atleast a year ?

Yes, under section 1(3) of the BNA which is an entitlement.
