Hi
I would like to ask about applying naturalisation on 5 years basic.
I live in the uk for 5 years now, first I enter the uk on June 2009 and
have granted ILR September 2012
Could I apply for naturalisation in June 2014 or I have to wait to apply on June 2015?

I am confused " live in the uk 5 years + hold 1 years ILR"

Natalie

How where you granted ILR in three years? Where you married?

I came as a fiancé visa in the first place, then got married here, after I have grated leave to remain for 2 years , after that apply for indefinite leave to remain in 2012.
ILR was granted in UK as well.

If you have been resident for the last 5 years and hold ILR for 1 year than you can apply.
