Hi,

My son was born last year and when he was born, me and my wife were in ILR. My Son has got an Indian passport with Right Of Abode stamped in his passport. I would now like to go for a British Passport for him.

Can i go ahead and directly apply for the passport or do I first need to apply for naturalisation ? Appreciate your response.

Children born to parents who are settled (ILR, Naturalised etc.) are borm British hance qualifies for British PP. So you only have to apply for a PP for him by sending the correct forms.
