passport timeline

Hi Guys,
I'm nearly end of journey.
I want to ask what are the latest timelines of getting passport.
I'm asking this because if you get passport in 1 month or 6 weeks m, I can have my private ceremony as my Ceremony is on 16th July.
Please let me know your experiences.
