English Language - AN1 Form

Hello,
I am in the process of applying for Naturalization.

I got my ILR last year in May 2013. I did pass my Life in UK test.

I can see there is a question in section 1.22.
I have the details of the test number, but then it says AND EITHER, and the rest options..

Will I need to prove or show other proof or is my Life in UK enough?
I am really confused as I have an appointment with NCS on 25th June, and dont want to end up there without knowing this.

Your help / advise would be appreciated.

Either section is for your Knowledge of Language ( English test).

Thanks for the response.

Yes I understand that about EITHER, but what more do I have to prove?

I have done my degree here in UK, and only have my certificate, nothing else.
My wife has no degree, but she has passed Life in UK, so what option does she have to chose in the EITHER section?

I am confused.

Your case you can select the option

" the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority English speaking country (other than Canada);"

and have to provide the certificate of your degree.

For your wife she need a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher unless she is national of a majority English speaking country or claim exemption on the basis of physical or mental condition
