Knowledge of English with PG Diploma

Hi All,
I am applying for BC and have a question regarding the knowledge of english requirements. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management which I studied for and completed in UK. I have the certificate and grade sheet issued by the College (Wigan and Leigh College UK). Is this acceptable as proof of knowledge of english?
