Dear All,

I found out today that my Passport application is at Belfast Office after not receiving any acknowledgment or sms..does anyone know a direct number to their office? I am aware of the 0300 number.

I faced the same situation, applied passports for my British born kids on 16th no sms no confirmation received. So today called at 0300 number and helpful lady told that passport were received at Belfast office on 19th.
