Naturalisation app seems on hold for ESOL by EMD

I have applied for my wife for naturalisation on 27th March 2014 but still we have not heard anything from HO. She did english language test from EMD and EMD is under investigation due to a college scam in London as per Daily Mail news dated 16.05.2014. Few of my friends went for ILR on same day service and their applications were either on hold or been asked to produce new english language test from some other body.
Has any one on this forum been asked by HO to produce the new certificate?
Any comments?
