Hi,
My wife came as my dependent in 2010 when I was on Tier 1 General, we both got ILR last year in January 2013 and I got a passport this year. Would she be eligible to apply for Naturalization now ? or does she need to wait for 5 years in total ?

She can apply as spouse of BC if she has completed 3 years residence and meet the standard requirements. LIUK and English B1 required.
