EEA PR applying for naturalisation

Hi All,
I am looking for someone that has gone through similar situation to share some experience.
My partner decided to apply for naturalisation. She had her permanent residence document issued in January 2013 on the basis of being a family member of EEA national exercising treaty rights (myself).
Now having gone through various NCS guidances I am a little confused as to the evidence required with the application.
According to form AN Supporting Documents section it is necessary to provide the following:
Section 1: evidence of identity - that would be driving licence in our case as she used it when taking LitUK test;
Section 2: LitUK test certificate + language qualification;
Section 3: evidence of lawful residence - EEA passport/ID;
Section 4: evidence of settlement - again EEA passport/ID + document certyfying permanent residence;
Sections 5-9 do not apply in our case.
Now the question is - would that be sufficient? Is there no need to provide all my P60s, WRS certs, utility bills etc. as NCSs suggest? Common sense tells that all of those has already been seen by UKBA when she applied for PR certificate. I would prefer not to send it once again as I'm considering applying myself and may need to support my application.
We have a history of successful applications including EEA3, MN1 for eldest child and passport application for the youngest who was born after obtaining PR. Yet, all of those were supported by a pile of documents "just in case" and did not cost £900+ hence my suspicious approach.
I would be extremely grateful for all your replies.

You seems to have more than enough document, all she needs - considering she already has PR - is her passport showing the PR - assuming its in her passport - and the confirmation of the LUIK and english langauge. No need to send the EU national's passport or other documents again.
I havent done it but will be doing it this month and I have PR too.
Just for good measure she doesnt need to complete the section about the EU national and how they exercised their treaty right again as this has already being done when she applied for PR so leave it blank.
All the best.

Is that right? You don't need to fill out employment history either? That would be great! (I'm applying myself next year and tired of filling out tons of paperwork)

Yes its right but note this is based on the fact that you already have PR confirming your status and you will be sending this with the application, if you dont have PR then you need to complete that section and send all the corresponding documents.
Am sure if you check a bit more on this site you will find cases of people that have been successful without filling in that section as long as they have PR.
I have already completed my form

and didnt fill in that section, its not relevant again as what they want to find out you already have and will be sending it to them.

That's great news thanks.
Yes I got my PR card in March this year. So now I'm just waiting till next March to apply.
My EEA3 application weighted at 1.1kg... 1.1kg of paper.... That was ridiculous. Don't want to be doing this again.
Good luck with your application!
P.S. - And what about absence from the UK? Leave it blank or give details of the days you were absent during the last 12 months? Do you also need to indicate where you've been working in last 12 months?

You need to fill in the section about absence from the UK as that applies to all applicants, that is separate from the EU question section - as that is simply to determine if you qualify for PR which in this case you already have - . In our case - PR holders - you need to complete absence for the last 5 years not simply 1 year.
Why would you indicate where you have being working for 12 months?, I have completed the form and cant recall any question like that being asked, all they ask is your employer and reference, it doesnt have to be an employer you have been with for 12 months, its simply your current employer and thats even if you are employed.
Thanks for wishing me luck, I can wait to apply, it looks like the days are dragging
To be be clear if you dont want to complete the EU section and send all the documents again then you will have to wait for 1 year after your PR issue date not when you qualify for PR automatically, am sure you get what I mean.

Hi All,
Many thanks for all replies.
PR document has been issued as a blue(ish) booklet, not endorsed in passport. We shall be sending passport then.
I just remembered EEA3 application of mine being refused on the basis of insufficient evidence of exercising treaty rights. Having originally provided P60s and letters from employers I was really surprised and sending it next time I attached wage slips covering 5 years (!) After it has been accepted I came to conclusion that weight of the application must have been a decisive factor
