can i apply for BC?

Hello everyone.
I just re-registered with this website as i have done it in the past and forgotten my user name and password at the time of applying for indefinite leave to remain.I'm kindly asking anyone who can assist me with my query about my naturalisation application. I'm about to apply but my concern is about the section where it states LAWFUL residence during the 5years period. Basically I was granted 2 years limited leave to remain ( legacy cases back in 2010) outside immigrations rules. After the 2 years expired I applied for Indefinite leave to remain and was successful in February 2013, I have now spent over 12 months with ILR. Been in uk since 2004. MY questions are can i apply for naturalisation based on 4years lawful residence or should i wait and complete 5years lawful residence before applying for BC? thank you all and i look forward to your replies.

thanks Amber for your kind reply. Im filling out my naturalisation form now and section 2 residence requirement where i have to fill the box about country visited reason(holiday,business...) as i have never been out of the UK since 2004, can i leave the box blank or write N/A ? its says on the form failure to complete will result in delays. This question is open to anybody who would like to share their ideas with me. Thanks
