Hi All,
I and my wife(who was on dependent Tier-1) had applied for ILR last year(Month of May). Could somebody please clarify if she is eligible for applying for Naturalization along with me as she has been in UK since Nov.2009(i.e. post marriage) to current date; which is less than 5 year period for her. Note that I am not an British Citizen yet and have been in UK for more than 5 years and plan to apply for Naturalization now.
So; is she eligible to apply for Naturalization along with me ?

She will only be eligible with less than 5 years residence once you are British and have received your certificate. If you apply together, she needs to meet all the requirements herself. There is no benefit (reduced fee) for joint applications anymore.
She can apply in November 2014 on the basis of 5 years or sooner (3 years residence as spouse of BC) only if you are already British.
English B1 and LIUK for both of you.

Regardin the English Languge Requirement; i have previously proved during my HSMP/Tier-1 extension that i meet English Language requirement. Also; the PBS recognize my university. Is this enough or do i need to get this approved from NARIC ?

You can reuse the same qualification you used for English Language Requirement at the time of HSMP/Tier-1 initial application or extension.
If you want to use degree that is also acceptable provided point base calculator recognize your degree and gives you educational as well as english skills points... in that case you don't need NARIC certificates but the print of of point base calculator and degree itself.
