Hi all,

Quick question that needs answering: Application for naturalisation in process but 5 year ancestry visa expires in September! Do I have to return to my home country or am I able to stay in the UK until they make a decision? Married to a Brit also.

You've posted this under British Citizenship. Do you have ILR?

You need ILR before you can naturalise.....

Have you been granted ILR? (Indefinite Leave to Remain) - permanent residence?
