Please can someone clarify this:

1. 1 year after holding ILR for which I got for being here 10 years. I can then apply for Citizaenship?
2. Can I apply before the 1 year so it is accepted as close to the 1 year mark?
3. How long does the application for citizenship tend to take to get a British passport?

2. You need the full 12 months before applying
3. There is currently a long backlog of passport applications. You should probably allow 6 months for the full process..citizenship application/citizenship ceremony/passport application
