PCN and naturalisation advice please?

Hi
I was issued a parking ticket by Ealing council, on 17/5/2014
this was wrongly issued the ticket because I paid by credit card and for some reason there system didn't recognise it.

I had an opportunity to challenge the council within 28 days which I didn't(my fault) because the money have gone thorough, however I have send the details to council with copy of by credit card statement and a cover letter and never got a reply from the council.

The issue is as per "PATAS" council is not bound to write it off, even I have paid since I didn't challenge them on time.
only option is to challenge the council in courts or pay the fine(£90)

my question is if I challenge in court and fail will this affect my naturalisation? or should I just pay £90,
please seniors can you advice on this!!!
I have only 12 days to decide.

thank you
shace

Hi Amber
thanks for your reply Amber!!!! do you think its safe to pay the fine in that case, because as of now its not gone to the court.

and also if I pay now and clear this, should I still mention the FPN in the application. I have about 7 months to apply

Parking fines are PCN. Although, a PCN is a FPN.
