On the form AN there is a question about the birth place of parents and one of my parents was born in Karachi in 1941. Should i mention the birth place as Karachi, Undivided India or should i mention it as Karachi, Pakistan.

On the passport the Indian government mentions as Karachi, Undivided India. Can I mention the same?
