Firts of all apologies if this is not to post a query, however im not sure what the process is to send a new post.
My question is:
I have a stepbrother was born aboard in bangladesh and is now 6 years old. My father (as with all the family) got naturalisation in 1985 and became a british citizen. I am the oldest son adn at the same time I got my british citizenship (naturlaisation).
My first question is is my step brother a bristish citizen because my father is a brithish citizen ?
my 2nd question is if he is, what do I need to do and what process do I need to gothrough eg forms to get him a british passport.
Once again apologies but I am a novice to this forum.
Many thanks for helping me on this topic.

Is he the biological father to the child? if so, was he married to the Mother at the time of the child's birth?

Amber,

Sorry for the huge delay in replying, we had to put everything on hold due to some personal issues.

The answer to your question is yes he was married (my stepmother).

I am looking to apply for my step brother however not sure what forms I would need to submit to the British High Commission in Bangladesh. Reading on the Internet its not very clear what forms are required.

Any help would be greatly received.

Many Thanks Islam
