When does your wife intends to travel? You should be able to get Pakistani Passport on URGENT basis within a week or so.
Try contacting your nearest Pakistan High Commission and see what option they can offer you.

Hi Amber,
Thanks for your reply.
As in previous post i mentioned my daughter is in pakistan and she travelled by pakistani passport with no uk visa to come back.
after getting her mn1 approval and as you said she can apply for British passport although she is not physically here in uk,the only way that she can come back to uk by travelling through british passport.
Now my question is that after getting passport can i send it to paksitan through secure deliver by Law,not really sure will it will be a problem. or i can go myself to pakistan along with her passport to bring her back.
I am really sorry for this kind of question because i am really worry.
I really appreciate your help Amber.

Apply for certificate of entitlement from Pakistan. You will get it in one week time.
https://www.gov.uk/right-of-abode/apply ... ntitlement
There are many people who have done this and posted their experience in this forum. Search the forum.

Suppose even you manage to send her passport ,how you will prove her Entry stamp when arriving Pakistani Airport .As far as i know ,I think you also need Pakistani visit visa on British passort to travel to pakistan ,how will you prove that?
I think you should send her certificate and apply passport from with in pakistan.it takes only 4 weeks by fast track service or go to british consulate in Pakistan and explain them the situation or apply her visit visa on pakistani passport.it takes only 7 days by super priority service from Islamabad to get Uk visit visa.
Hope this will help

The only solution is to go for uk visit visa by super priority service from Islamabad.it takes only 7 days.I sponsored my Aunty and she got visa in 7 days.I only sent my last 6 month pay slips and sponsor letter.currently I have ILR .

Visit visa is for visit purpose only. Entry officer can deny entrance, if the purpose of arrival is not according to the visa a person holds. You can be lucky and get away with this but it is risky IMHO.
let me give you an example and it is just an example. if you have Tier 1 Visa and on landing card your write something that shows that you are NOT entering UK for the purpose of living here but to visit, then entry clearance officer has the authority to deny you entrance and can cancel your Tier 1 visa. This is unlikely but possible.
You have few options IMHO,
Travel to Pakistan and take the passport with you. Place it in luggage and you should be fine.
Send the passport by mail => some people say it is illegal but i have no evidence/reason to believe this.

Thanks Ukbalovestory,
Can i apply for certificate of entitlement(ROA) for my daughter after her MN1 approval?
i got ILR under Tier 1 general catagory and my wife she is still on tier 1 general dependent visa.
How Long it will take when i apply from paksitan?
