Called for interview - March Applicant - pls help

Hi everyone
My wife applied on 27th March 2014 through NCS for naturalisation as a spouse of british national.
We received letter dated 2 Aug asking her to attend interview at Liverpool office and can bring legal representative if desired.
She passed English language qualification at Esol Entry 3 from EMD but after listening news that the HO is holding applications for this qualification, she has passed another Esol Entry 3 test from English Speaking Board and sent the original certificate to HO as an additional document to support her application in the last week of July 2014. Do they want to verify her language requirements or this is something else they want to clarify.
Have anybody else is in the same situation ?
Seniors pls advise as they called for interview on 22.08.2014.

recently heard similar case as you ..

but the poster didnt tell the reason why he was called for interview ...meaning he wans't told (may be ) what the interview is about.. your Wife's case is well informed..
As long as you clear this ... they shouldn't be having any queries going by UKBA guidelines..

Update on interview:
Had interview today and they only verified about the english language tests and have not asked any other questions relating to the application. Questions were like: which college the test was taken by, what was the patter on test, address of the college, fee paid etc etc.

I have received the same letter and need to attend interview on 15th march.
Its on sunday.
Did you had interview on sunday too?
