Hello everyone,

I have been trying to find answers if I qualify for a British Passport.

I was born in 1974 to American parents in Lakenheath, England.

I have my birth form "Certified Copy of an Entry" which states place of birth at "USAF Hospital, RAF Lakenheath". I can't find a definite answer if someone was born on an American military base to American parents qualifies and reading the law just confused me more. I was looking at applying at the GOV.UK, but did not want to send them money if I'll get rejected.

Thanks for your time.

Not sure what you were looking to apply for at gov.UK but you are British from birth and if you wish can apply for a British passport.
