naturalization question

hi everyone?
i have applied for british naturalization 3 monts ago (waiting for approval). i getting married this week,
my question is do i need to inform nationality directorate about this ? coz in nationality application i ticked on single and i heard we have to inform them about change of circumsatnces. please any sugesstion or idea about this question?
