5 year ago presence in UK requirement for NCS application

If applying through NCS, I understand the application reaches UK visas and immigration a few days later.

Does it mean that one has to meet the "presence in UK exactly 5 years ago" requirement from the date the application is received at the NCS, or a few days later when it's received by UK visas and immigration (if so, how many days later)?

Thanks in advance!

From the moment HO receives your application which can be a day after you have submitted it through NCS.

It really depends on the council through which you are applying. Some send batches once or twice a week, others send batches daily.

Best would be to check with whoever you are applying through.

Date of presence is the day HO receives your application + 1 day. Best to meet this requirement as it is likely to be refused if you don't.
