Hi,

I have 1 FPN within the last 12 months for littering (cigarette butt) and I paid the fine on spot.
I also have a caution which I will be disclosing in my application but I am confused as to whether I am obligated to disclose the 1 FPN as the guidance is not clear. Also, if I choose not to disclose the FPN, can it reflect badly on my good character requirement (as in relation to deception and dishonesty).

PS: Amber, I will be really grateful if you can you please give me your opinion.

The PCN is not an issue, and doesn't need declaring. The caution will need to be declared and if 3 or more years has elapsed, then you should be fine.
