Section 3 in AN form asks for employment and tax details. My friend is a housewife, she has never worked, she does have an NI number and receives child benefit but has never worked and thus has never paid the tax.

For section 3 in AN form she can write "housewife" in profession and leave other fields blank - Is this OK?

She is confused because Guide AN says
3.1 – 3.5. If you do not pay income tax through PAYE you must demonstrate that you have discharged your obligations towards the H.M. Revenue & Customs, by attaching a Self Assessment Statement of Account (see page 16)
Does she have to provide any documents here?

Please help she has an appointment on wednesday morning.

It is not relevant to your friend/housewife. It is relevant to a self employed person.

She can just write 'unemployed' and leave the rest blank.

Employment is not a requirement for naturalisation.
