Hello,

I would be grateful if someone could give me some advice what my chance is to be granted BC by naturalization please.I also want to register my son who was born in London and goes to reception class.

1.Received my EE3-document certifying permanent residence on 15 Nov 2013.
2.I am 32.
3.I am sound of mind.
4.I think I am of good character(I do not have any criminal convictions and I do not own any tax).
5.I will continue to live in UK.
6.I passed ,,life in the UK test in 2013 and knowledge of English in 2014.
7.I have lived in UK since June 2008.
8.I lived in UK throughout those 6 years besides short holidays not exceeding 1 month all together.
9.I have not broken any immigration rules.

I am asking because I have read that BC is not an entitlement but a discretion of the Secretary of State.
Shall I go ahead with the application using NCS on 15 Nov 2014 or I still need something else?

Regards
Wojciech
