All legal residence qualifies, so assuming you meet all the standard requirements, KOL, B1 English etc, you can apply for BC now.

Both. PR document AND marriage certificate (and British passport) so you don't need to wait 1 year after PR.

I suggest you read the FAQ (link below) and the application form. There is no need for cover letter. The last page of the application form lists the supporting documents required.

Compliments of the season to you all
This question is to Jambo, casa ,and every helpful soul here
Am filling my naturalisation form and am stocked
Question 1:3 says when you were given indefinite leave to remain!!(not necessary if you are a commonwealth citizen with right of abode in uk)if you an eea national,Swiss national or a family member of an eea or Swiss national you should read pages 9-10
I hold a PR I don't know If I should leave blank,my situation is that my ex husband is an eea national and am married to British national now so am confused!!
Questions 2:4 is confusing too asking if am a eea national or eea family member
What basis should I apply for
Married to eea husband in 2008
Eea2 in 2010
Divorced in 2012
Ror in 2012
Married British husband in 2012
PR obtained in 2014

I have a PR which is equivalent to ILR but should I apply as a spouse of bc or based on over 5 years legal stay?
got married to my bc spouse in nov 2012 and the law says all legal stay counts so should I apply as a spouse of a bc or use my legal 5 years what are the best chances for me
Please looking forward to hear from all the immigration gurus

Thanks again casa
All requirements up to date
NCS Appointment next week
Last question before submission please
It's says in the form ,date of arrival in the UK and airport
To be honest not sure of the exact date but sure of month and year
Does it matter if I put a guess date?
Please looking forward for all your honest advice
