Dear Boarders,

I got my ILR in Jan 2012 with 570 absences. Afterwards, I had been out of country from April 2012 to Dec. 2013.
I am not back in UK & presently running a company, formed 2013.

I am looking forward to apply for British Citizenship, however I want to gauge the chances of success, as I do not want to apply, if chances of success are slim.

I came to UK in Oct. 2006. Out of 570 days absences for ILR, 470 were due to business reasons.
After ILR, when I was out of UK, I was not paid in UK.

Can you, share your experiences, upto max. how much days of absences, British Citizenship applications have been successfull.
I read on Gov. website, above 730days but less than 900days, one can apply for discretion if one is in country for 8yrs.

Appreciate your experiences

Bobby
