TIER1Gen(5yrs)+12mth(ILR)+wife_in_uk(4yrs).can wife aply bc?

Hi Folks
Can you please quickly help me with the dilemma I am in.
My wife came in uk as dependent of tier 1 general (me) in 2010 July and now she has also got the ILR with me since 12 months. Question is (I know I have read the FAQ) CAN we both apply for naturalisation at the same time ?
Does she has to wait one more year or my BC passport to apply for her BC ?
Please help with regards to rules changing and how those rules apply on me ?
