Hi Experts,
Need your expert suggestions,

I’m due to apply for Naturalisation
I have CD10 - £300 fine and 2 months ban on 28-12-2012 (Conviction date) but actual incident happened on 1-10-2012.
My Questions
1 .Can I apply for Naturalization with my family (Wife and Child) now.
2. Do I need to wait until 28-12-2015 and my family can go ahead with Naturalization.

Thanks in Advance,
RKG

Normally you have to wait for 3 years after the conviction date.

May I ask you something? You didnt declare a conviction you had. How confident are you that the HO wont find out? They can argue your citizenship is obtained fraudulently and strip you off it.

Hi MSaxp,

Thanks for quick response,

I din't get you, I din't apply for Naturalization yet.

Also I wouldn't dare to apply without declaring the convictions.

Thanks & Regards,
