Advice!! applying passport for a son in abroad

Hello,
I would like any advice from you. My son became registered as a British in 2013 and then he had to go abroad last year with his foreigner passport ( we allow dual citizenship). Now, I want to apply for his British passport in the uk. Is it possible for me in uk to apply for the passport for my son abroad. I have all his document.
If not, what can you advice for me to do?
