urgent help required property on sale

right just wanted to find out what happens if i send off my wifes papers to the home office and i sell my flat, have already done a survey report on the flat and have given that my to my solictor. i looking at house so would i have to delay my application then get another survey on the house ?
will know they if i have sold my flat ?

Experts can tell you better, but as far as I know only problem is your correspondence might get interrupted. But you can (and probably already have) set up a forwarding address with Royal Mail if you like.

sale of your property will have no bearing on the application.
if you move to a different address before a decision is reached you have to ensure that (a) you have notified your new address details to HO and/or (b) set up mail forwarding
