Absence Period Query

Hi,
We have received ILR on 11th Feb 2013.
I have become a British Citizen.
My wife travelled on the below dates after received ILR:
Outward Journey - 15th June 2013
Inward Journey - 10th Feb 2014
= 241 days inclusive days of travel & away more than 90 after receiving ILR in the year before applying for Naturalisation
&
Outward journey - 19th Nov 2011
Inward Journey - 26th Nov 2011
= 8 days including days of travel
Total = 249 days
I am applying based on spouse of British citizen , 3 year qualifying period .
I am thinking that she is eligible to apply on the below dates:
11th nov 2014 till 18th nov 2014 and on or after 27th Nov 2014. (missed dates between 18th and 27th, to satisfy the rule that she has to be in UK on the date 3 years before when she is applying on that date).
Could somebody please confirm.
