Hi,
I got my approval letter after 4 months of wait. In approval letter HO said that they will be sending confirmation to the oath ceremony so I should be expecting that soon. My question being:

Which form should I use for passport application? Is it available on website or do I need to get this from post office or order from Home Office?!!
