Hi, everyone!
I've applied on 18/07/2014 for BC,
I'm an EEA national and have PR status(got PR document dated 17/12/2012) according to UKBA application type: AN6(1)+

So I have sent my PR document, along with passport,Lifein UK, ESOL certificates, Driving License.

Now, Ive received letter from UKBA asking for more evidence of my residence (i.e. payslips/p45/p60...) for period from date on PR till application date.
In my understanding I had freedom of movement, once became PR, and exercising Treaty rights wasn't a priority.
I'm stay-at-home-mum, for past 3 years, however, I was doing some basic admin work for my husbands company, at fixed salary of £530 per month and had no NI contributions in this period.

Can someone please advice, why would they need additional EVIDENCE OF RESIDENCE in UK, if I am a PERMANENT RESIDENT?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

You still have to meet the other residence requirements such as making the UK your permanent home and not being outside the UK for more than 450 days. Non-EEA people can do this with their passport but since there are no immigration checks on EEA citizens you need to supply some other sort of proof that you have been resident.

Since you are being paid (even if it's not taxable) you should still be registered with HMRC and have P60s and/or payslips and you can use those. You can also ask HMRC for your tax record dating back 5 years. You can supply course dates if you studied and if you are registered with a GP you can supply a letter from them stating from when till when you were registered. Letters from employers on original letterhead are OK as well and if you have claimed any benefit from your council or made council tax payments you can ask for a statement of that and send it in for the period.
