Hi,

Hope everyone is doing Great! I have a few quries as below. I would be thankful if some expert can answer as soon as possible.

1) Form - I came to UK on TIER-1 General with my wife as Dependant. We got ILR on 24 Oct 2013. We'll be eligible to apply for Citizenship on 24 Oct 2014. Do we need to fill in "AN" form?

2) Lawful Residence: My wife left UK for holidays to India on 19 Oct 2009 and came back on 28 Jan 2010. So can she not apply until 28 Jan 2015?

3) English Language: I have heard that for Citizenship, you need to show that your degree was compatible with NARIC. But I can't see any document requirement for the same in form AN. Am I missing something here?

Thanks,
N

Am I missing something here? Point 1.22, the AND EITHER section, page 5 and Supporting Documents - Section 2, page 17. All listed and detailed there and on page 13 and 14 of the AN guide : https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... N_v1_0.pdf

Thanks,
N
