Help filling up fresh OCI registration form

Hello Friends
I was an Indian citizen and now acquired British citizenship,
I want to apply for OCI card, as per HCIL site, I am supposed to fill the form online at http://passport.gov.in/oci/welcome and click on new OCI registration.
That gives me a form in new window where I should fill in various details including passport.
Can anyone please let me know what passport details I should provide here?
Is it Indian passport which is cancelled or the British passport?
It asks for place of issue, wheras the British passport hasn't got any field named place of issue.
So I am not sure if I should use Indian passport details here.
Request to guid me here.
