Son Born outside UK

Hi All,
Our son was born outside UK when my husband was on a Tier-1 visa. Son came to UK few months ago as a dependent of my husband who at that time had an Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK. Now my husband has got British citizenship while I am on a spouse visa, can we apply for our child's registration? Is he eligible for it?
