British citizenship for Non-EEA family member of EEA

Hello,

Please can someone advise me on that:
I am planning to help my wife to get British citizenship.
I got my EEA3 document certifying permanent residence on 15Nov 2013.
We got married on 09/07/2009.
My wife came to the UK on 30 May 2006 on 3 years student visa.
I will apply for BC in November 2014.
For the last 5 years my wife was on eea2 family member.
She did not apply for confirmation of her EEA4 permanent residence.
According to the European law she got it automatically on 09/07/2014, after 5years of marriage. She does not have that EEA4 stamp in her passport.
Can she apply with me together on 15Nov or she needs to wait until I get mine and after she can apply it by herself?
I am asking what documents she will have to send when applying once I get my BC?
Will she have to prove treaty rights for her 5 years of residence? Can she just attach my EEA3 PR with her BC application?Or she should apply for her EEA4 before?

Thank you

I read it but I am still confused. It is complicated for me to understand.Could you please clarify it for me in a few sentences.
Once I become BC what documents my wife will have to submit for BC?
My naturalisation certificate that I know but what proof of those 5 years of residence ? Is marriage certificate enough and eea2 stamp she has in her passport?

She can't apply together with you as she doesn't have 1 year of PR status (which is required for standard applications). However, once you obtain BC yourself (after attending the ceremony), she can apply as a spouse of BC (1 year after PR is not required in such applications).

She will need to send your EEA passport + PR card + her 5 years of residence proof + marriage certificate to show she has obtained PR status. She will also need to send your naturalisation certificate/British passport to show you are British (so she can apply as BC spouse).
She will need to pass Life in the UK test and meet the English language requirement.
