My daughter is 17 years, born in England, lived all life in UK, full education in Uk; mother is German [not Uk citizen] I am British we are not married. Do i need to do full application and fees for daughter?

If your child's mother was exercising treaty rights when child was born, then child is British.
Else, child is entitled to register.
