OCI and citizen responsbilities

Hi,
I can agree that OCI does not mean Indian citizen but just an NRI freedom. But Is there a list of things "TODO" after getting OCI ?
Eg:- notifying incometax office saying that this PAN number citizenship has changed ....
etc.,
People who have gone through this might be able to throw light on the citizen responsibilities.
