If anyone can help me out. I have got my ILR last month and now i have some job offer from some UK govt sponsored project out of UK. If i moved outside UK for this job will i loose my right to apply for Citizenship after 12 months or it is fine if I am working abroad but again for a UK govt sponsored job.

In theory anything above 180 days in the final year and you will definitely be refused.
However, working for British based company does fall into a category where they treat your absences differently. How exactly differently I am not sure.
