India Travel query [With Nat Certificate/Without BP]

Hello folks,
Urgent advise needed from all you helpful lot!!
Me and my spouse have a valid ILR status, whereas my 3 year old (born in the UK) is still on a Tier-1 dependent visa.
I just received her naturalization certificate yesterday after a long wait of 3 months (grrrr)
Situation is I have plans to travel to India around Mid-Dec & I am not sure If I would be able to complete all the formalities by then (Getting a British passport for her, surrendering Indian passport et al)
So the Question is can she travel to and fro with her Indian passport, UK BRP (which btw has a different visa status from her parents) and nat Certificate alone? I realize getting out of UK wont be a issue probably but would she face any issues while arriving back into UK??
Apologoies if this has been discussed previously, but would be very grateful if you all could provide your views.
