MN1 queries...please answer

Hi all,
I and my wife have been granted ILR recently. I have also applied my child's registration as British under section 1(3) who was born in the UK in 2012. She had already travelled to India twice and she is still holding PBS dependant visa valid until 2016.
My question is while her application is still under consideration can she travel to India and come back to the UK on her PBS dependant visa as I am no longer holding Tier 1 general visa?
