Hi,

I got my ILR on 19th Jan 2014 after completing 5 years in Tier 2 ICT, and I understand that I need to complete 12 months in ILR before I can apply for Naturalisation. For ILR, there is a provision to apply 28 days before you complete 5 years, so just wondering if there is any similar provision for Naturaliation or is it only after you complete the whole 12 months?

I asked the same question and got exact same answer from CR001 aren't we an impatient lot? Mind you with UKIP winning its all justified

You have to complete 12 months before you can apply.
