Take the time to read through this link which has all the information.
https://www.gov.uk/apply-first-adult-passport/overview
There is no fast track for a first passport application, but to ensure you're submitting the correct documents you can use the Check and Send service at the Post Office for an additional fee.

Yes i am currently in india only and also i came to know my naturalisation is approved from ceremony council and also i have booked the ceremony slot in my planned date. Now i am trying out find out the further steps about passport procedure, surrender & oci and their timeline.
i am thinking to come uk for a short time to atttend the ceremony, to get the British passport & surrender of indian citizenship & applying the india visa. And OCI planning to apply from india.
Can British passport apply and Surrender of indian citizenship, can it be achieved realistic in 3 to 4 weeks?
Is it possible after oath, immediately i'll return to india and apply the passport & surrrender & oci from india. In my previous post, someone confirmed it theoretically possible applying everything from india except oath but no definite answer. Appreciate if anybody answer this..

Highly unlikely for British Passport to be processed and received in 3 weeks or so. Generally takes 5/6 weeks, sometimes longer, and also depends on when you can get an appointment for the interview etc.
I don't think 3/4 weeks is sufficient to do all the things you want to do. I see ban.s has already responded to your query in Other Countries :

You can apply for your British passport from India, although it will be processed in Liverpool and will probably take a bit longer than it does to apply within the UK (guidelines say about 10 weeks).
I don't know about India passport surrender and OCI sorry.
