I appreciate if you can help my few queries regarding Naturalisation.

1. Myself and my wife got ILR on Feb 11th 2014 (28 days before my 5 years Tier 1 tenure), can we apply for Naturalisation on Feb 12th 2015?.

2. My wife has come here as student in 2010 and she switched her visa to Tier 1 dependant in October 2011, As I said earlier we got ILR at the same time, is she eligible to apply for Naturalisation with me at the same time?

Thanks fwd09, that means, she cannot apply until her 5 years stay in UK either she can apply once I get BC?
