I am going to apply citizenship in March. I just would like to know should i mention the below letter
in the naturalization form or it will consider as fixed penalty and there is not no need to mention in the form.

Letter Begins

Subject of the letter : Pre Court Action

It has been reported that one 05/05/2014 you travelled/attempted to travel from
Station A to Station B by train without being in possession of a valid ticket.

As the matter(s) for which youhave been reported may constitiue offence(s) in law, either being in
breach of the regulation of railwys act 1889 and / or Railway Byelaws, consideration is now being
to preparing the case for Court. If convicted of any offence, you could be ordered to pay a fine of
up to £1000.00 and / or be sentenced up to 2 months imprisonment. The Court also has powers
to impose other fincancial penalties on you. Including the company's cost of bringing the
prosecution together with compensation for any outstanding fare.

The situationhas been reviewd. First Great Western is prepared to offer you the opportunity to settle
this matter, upon payment of £85.60 by 15/06/2013. This sum includes the fare outstanding of £5.60
together with a charge towards the costs that have been incurred. This offer is made on a without
prejudice basis, however it is not indefinite and is subject to the strict deadline stated above,
after wich the costs will incraste to £160.00 which will be requested in addition to the oustanding fare.

Payment may be made by debit or credit card by calling 01189579324, or the telephone number
at the top of this letter, alternatively, should you wish to pay by cheque or postal order,
these should be made payable to first great western trains, crossed account payee and sent to the above
address. Please do not send cash

Should you fial to respond to this office, you may be served with a Summons from the company without
further notice, requiring you to attend court, if you do not admit the offence(s).
then you will have the opportunity to pleasd not guilty,
requesting the Magistrates to try the case

Looking forward to your immediate response.

Thanks

I am not 100 % certain but if you settle it with Great western and if there is no conviction involved than you should be fine.
