Hi Guys,
I have a question about minor :
Can a minor have British Passport & Indian Passport simultaneously until 18?

To the best of my knowledge, the situation is more nuanced than that.
A child who is entitled to both British and Indian citizenship at birth can retain both of them, unless he takes any action to exercise his British citizenship, such as by applying for a British passport. This action, even if done on his behalf by his parents, invalidates his Indian citizenship, and therefore his Indian passport.
The act of getting a Certificate of Entitlement to his Right of Abode (CoE/RoA) in his Indian passport is a grey area, but past comments on this forum suggest that that would not be construed as exercising British citizenship and hence he would be able to retain both citizenships (though only an Indian passport).
